Directions for Use

See above link for at home pregnancy massage guide. Gently massage a small amount onto your neck, shoulders, back, ankles, or desired body area where discomfort occurs, until absorbed into the skin. Repeat as necessary. Recommended for use from second trimester only and safe for use postpartum. For external use only. Please seek professional guidance for deep tissue massage during pregnancy. Patch test before first use. If any irritation occurs, rinse with warm soapy water.

Absolutely Love this product!!

I’ve had sore hips since 17 weeks pregnant and I can’t lie on my side without my hips hurting. I took magnesium tablets and then introduced the magnesium rub and use it every night. No hip pain and I can stay lying on my side without the pain. Absolutely love this! I’m now 32 weeks pregnant and use it every night.
